SHIPPING FROM DENMARK
All orders are packed and shipped by Mr. Hansen Records from 5792 Årslev, Denmark.

CARRIERS
Denmark: DAO is normally used.
European Union: GLS is normally used.
Other destinations: PostNord is normally used.

The exact available carrier and service may vary by destination, parcel size and current carrier coverage. The selected or available service is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated for the destination and displayed before payment. The charge includes secure record packaging and handling. Customers outside the EU may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by local authorities or the carrier; these charges are not included unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

PACKAGING
Vinyl records are packed with collector-grade care in suitable record mailers with protective inserts. Where appropriate, used records may be placed outside the sleeve during transport to reduce seam splits. CDs and other formats are packed to protect cases and discs.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within the handling time shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated. Tracking information is provided when the selected service includes tracking.

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing the order. Contact info@mrhansenrecords.com immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, an address change may not be possible and additional costs may apply.

DELAYS, LOSS OR DAMAGE
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if a parcel arrives damaged, contact info@mrhansenrecords.com with the order number and photographs where relevant. Keep the product and all packaging while the carrier enquiry is handled. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
