ABOUT MR. HANSEN RECORDS
At Mr. Hansen Records, my goal is to offer music fans an easy and simple way to discover great music online, by both independent and major record labels. I have a weak heart for limited editions and colored records.
I believe that good music has no age, and the experience of hearing an analogue record with an artwork on the cover that matches the music is the ultimate music enjoyment.

Prices
We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
We do not have any sold out items as they are only put up for sale when they are physically in our warehouse.
Payment
Mr. Hansen Records accepts payment with all major credit cards. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. Prices are subject to errors.
Delivery
Mr. Hansen Records aims to dispatch orders for items in stock received before 3 pm on the same day; orders for items in stock thereafter will be sent the next business day.
Your items will be shipped with Post Nord, typically with 1-2 days delivery time from shipment. Dao in DK.
If you choose delivery to a pick-up point and there is no space at the collection point, the package will be moved to the nearest collection point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact us at mrhansenrecords@gmail.com
Items are delivered on all weekdays.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain items. The conditions will be specified prior to the purchase of these items.
Complaints
You have a 2-year right to complain according to the Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Mr. Hansen Records will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
In case of a refund, please provide bank details such as account number and sort code so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided by email or other electronic means as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for refund purposes.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return for items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day;
- You receive the order.
You must bear the costs of returning the items.
The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the withdrawal. The notification must be sent by email to mrhansenrecords@gmail.com. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must send it to:

You are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also clearly notifying us.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are custom-made to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to reasons of health or hygiene, and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Non-financial services that have begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged for return. You must include your order number and a note indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back.
We do not accept packages sent COD.
Condition of the item on return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and the way it works. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you may receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually using it.
Repayment
If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In case of a decrease in value, for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The repayment will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you provide documentation that you have returned it beforehand.
