Right of Withdrawal / Order Cancellation

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below or email info@mrhansenrecords.com. Include your order number so we can process your request.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please wait for our email confirmation and return instructions before sending the parcel. Records must be securely packed in suitable protective packaging.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the item until it reaches us.

We normally confirm cancellation requests by email within two business days.
