Fleet Foxes returned in 2020 with Shore, an expansive and beautifully crafted album that finds Robin Pecknold and the band at their warmest and most uplifting.
Where earlier Fleet Foxes records often carried an autumnal, introspective quality, Shore feels brighter and more open. Rich vocal harmonies, acoustic instrumentation and intricate arrangements are joined by a broader, almost cinematic production, creating an album that rewards both quiet listening and a good hi-fi system.
Highlights include “Sunblind,” “Can I Believe You,” “Featherweight,” “I’m Not My Season,” “Going-To-The-Sun Road” and the beautiful closing title track “Shore.”
This is the highly desirable Vinyl Me, Please exclusive edition, pressed on stunning Blue/Purple Marble “Hyacinth” vinyl. The album is spread across three playable sides, while the fourth side is etched, making this as much a beautiful collector’s object as a record.
The edition was pressed by the respected Record Industry in the Netherlands, with lacquers cut at Sterling Sound. It also includes the large 24" × 24" poster.
The sleeve is individually foil-stamped and numbered.

An interesting collector’s detail is the known label misprint: the Side B and Side C track listings were accidentally switched. This is part of the original VMP edition rather than a defect unique to this copy.
