Mr Hansen Records

is an independent vinyl store based in Denmark, built on a long-standing passion for music and record collecting.

What began as a hobby more than 15 years ago has grown into a carefully curated online record store. As a collector myself, I understand the importance of accurate grading, secure packaging and honest descriptions

A Personal Approach

Every record listed on the site is selected with care. This is not a mass-market store. The focus is on records that stand out – whether through sound quality, rarity, pressing, or simply because they deserve more attention.

Many records are cleaned, inspected and graded conservatively according to the Goldmine standard. If there is ever any doubt, I always grade on the safe side.

For Collectors

Mr Hansen Records is built with collectors in mind.

If you need additional details – such as runout/matrix numbers, label variations or extra photos – you are always welcome to reach out.

Transparency and trust are essential, especially when it comes to collectible vinyl.

Shipping & Care

Records are packed with collector-grade care using professional LP mailers.

Unless graded Mint (M), records are removed from the outer sleeve before shipping to prevent seam splits and ensure safe delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENGLISH)

Welcome to Mr. Hansen Records.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR). Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Denmark.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping provider.

Customers outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs charges.

Record Grading

Pre-owned records are graded according to the Goldmine Grading Standard.

Grades such as Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), and Good (G) are used to describe the condition of records and sleeves.

If you believe a record has been incorrectly graded, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Sealed Records

Factory-sealed records are sold as collector's items.

Manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the original manufacturer and not Mr. Hansen Records.

Mr. Hansen Records cannot guarantee the condition of the vinyl inside sealed products and cannot accept returns for manufacturing defects discovered after opening.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a satisfactory solution.

Liability

Mr. Hansen Records shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Hvis du mener, at en plade er fejlgraderet, bedes du kontakte os senest 14 dage efter modtagelsen.

Forseglede plader

Forseglede plader sælges som samlerobjekter.

Mr. Hansen Records kan ikke garantere vinylens stand inde i fabriksforseglede produkter og kan ikke acceptere reklamationer vedrørende produktionsfejl, der opdages efter åbning.

Fortrydelsesret

Privatkunder inden for EU har 14 dages fortrydelsesret fra modtagelsesdatoen.

Varen skal returneres i samme stand som modtaget.

Reklamation

Hvis en vare er beskadiget eller væsentligt afviger fra beskrivelsen, bedes du kontakte os hurtigst muligt.

Lovvalg
