George Strait – Ocean Front Property is presented here in the Vinyl Me, Please Country edition, catalogue number VMP-CW022. This 35th-anniversary pressing revisits one of Strait’s defining albums, including the country classic “All My Ex’s Live in Texas”.
The lacquers were cut by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound and plated at Welcome to 1979. The album is pressed on 180-gram “Am I Blue” vinyl and includes the original Listening Notes booklet by John Lingan.
Condition: Opened but preserved in exceptionally clean, near-new condition. The vinyl appears virtually unplayed, while the sleeve remains in its original shrinkwrap with the VMP hype sticker intact. Visually and functionally, this copy is very close to a newly opened example.
