Released in 1979, Head Games captures Foreigner at the height of their classic arena-rock period.
 
Driven by Lou Gramm’s powerful lead vocals, Mick Jones’ guitar work and a polished production by Roy Thomas Baker, Mick Jones and Ian McDonald, the album combines hard-edged rock with memorable hooks and strong melodic songwriting.
 
The record opens with the energetic “Dirty White Boy” and features the enduring title track “Head Games,” alongside highlights such as “Women,” “Seventeen,” “Blinded by Science” and the driving “Rev on the Red Line.” It is a confident, tightly sequenced album that remains an essential part of Foreigner’s classic catalogue.
 
This is the original 1979 Canadian Atlantic pressing, manufactured and distributed by WEA Music of Canada and pressed by Quality Records Limited. The pressing can be identified by the “Q” printed beneath the catalogue number on the labels. Mastering was handled by George Marino.
 
The vinyl is graded Very Good Plus, showing only light signs of previous use while offering strong and enjoyable playback. The sleeve is graded Near Mint and has been exceptionally well preserved.
