PRODUCTS AND CONDITION
Mr. Hansen Records sells new and used vinyl records, CDs and related music products. Used items are graded conservatively using the Goldmine grading standard. The condition, pressing, format and any known defects are described on the individual product page. Product photographs and colours may vary slightly according to screen settings. For used items, normal signs of age consistent with the stated grade are not defects.

PRICES AND ORDERS
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added before payment and shown at checkout. An order is not final until you receive an order confirmation. If a listed item is unavailable, materially mispriced or affected by an obvious catalogue error, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.

PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by the relevant payment provider. No additional payment fee is charged unless clearly shown before you confirm the order.

DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Denmark. DAO is normally used within Denmark, GLS within the EU and PostNord for other destinations. The available service, price and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Orders are packed securely for record transport. Import duties, taxes and customs charges outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU consumers normally have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us that they wish to withdraw. Contact info@mrhansenrecords.com or use the Returns & Withdrawal form and include the order number. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for secure packaging until the parcel reaches us.

We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within the statutory time limit. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return. A deduction may be made for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Statutory exceptions may apply, including sealed audio recordings where the seal has been broken.

DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS
Consumers retain all mandatory rights under Danish and EU consumer law, including the statutory right to complain about defects. Contact us promptly at info@mrhansenrecords.com with the order number, a description and photographs where relevant. We will assess the matter and offer the remedy required by applicable law.

RETURNS
Do not send a return before receiving return instructions. Returned records must be protected with suitable record mailers and inserts. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by inadequate return packaging or unnecessary handling, subject to mandatory consumer law.

PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie information and consent choices are described in the Cookie Policy and the site’s cookie settings.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country of residence continue to apply. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may use the competent consumer complaint body.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
