Gloria Gaynor – Love Tracks
Love Tracks is Gloria Gaynor’s landmark disco album, built around the enduring anthem “I Will Survive.” Released at the height of the late-1970s disco era, the record combines driving dance-floor arrangements, sweeping strings and Gaynor’s unmistakably assured vocal performance.
Alongside “I Will Survive,” the album includes “Anybody Wanna Party?,” “Substitute” and a programme that moves between sophisticated soul, pop and club-oriented disco. Its cultural importance extends far beyond the period: “I Will Survive” became one of popular music’s defining songs of resilience and remains central to Gaynor’s legacy.
